I have been laying in bed - thinking about the end of the Donald Miller book - and meditating on the noises and silence and on breath - yogic breath requires nose breathing - so I've thus been smelling Alba lotion and Dove on my skin, Pantene in my hair and Orange Blossom on my clean sheets and all the while thinking this is why you're single. . . this is your idea of a good day off.
