Oh, Come On, where's the Global Warming?

Where's global warming when you need it? Carrie at Dr. T's office called across the divider - "What Gives?!!" while she pointed to the window. I turned to see a winter wonderland again - and funny though it's not wonderful and I've just about had it with this form of winter - this is a form of winter we just don't get here - for good reason - we don't know how to cope with it - and nor do our city services - everyone just sits around and waits for the inevitable rain, but the issue is when it doesn't rain and instead like it has been in Surrey - cycles between rain, snow and sun and then over again leaving a mushy soup of brown/grey snow everywhere. As long as I can get home I should be fine - if I don't however that will be an issue.
