Snickerdoodles are not the reason Leaha...

I have a type, well yes and no, and I came to realize today on the Skytrain as I looked "lustfully" at this guy wearing a black Burton coat, carrying a long board and a laptop bag, I wear pearls to work - actually more specifically why would he look at me, in my work clothes - suit pants, grey Michael Kors coat, and Lululemon bag? The funny thing is, if you were to give me the choice between my counterpart or the guy in JJ Bean on Sunday - with his thick rim glasses, skinny-ish jeans and hoodie - I would pick Mr. JJ Bean. Thus why the whole online thing doesn't work for me - what catches my eye is not what would do the same in reverse (there are a whole lot of other reasons it didn't work too)... hmm I think I need to invest in a nerd catching uniform, take my Naomi Klein down to the Drive, buy a soy latte and wait. It's not like I'm doing anything these days... or maybe the best option is to enjoy my nights at home for a while - grow in that patience thing - not to mention all those soy lattes do inevitably put a strain on the budget.

maybe you should still go down there
but instead of soy buy a tea and instead of waiting ---make a move...like maybe a smile or a wink... or a "lustful" look ...

hmm... if you find that nerd-catching outfit, let me know. I could use one of those as well ;-) I might need to alter it though... there's a very specific nerd I want to catch, so knowing this I might be able to tailor it to his preferences.
