Ever have a restlessness night? Wake up with blankets on the floor and the sheets wrapped unbelievably tight around just one leg or your stomach or arm and the other arm or leg is free but in some bizarre position? And the thing that is making you anxious now that you are awake is why am I anxious? I wasn't like this when I went to bed... so what is it weaseling its way through my subconscious and my intestines?
I asked Leaha if this is something that has happened to her? While she indicated yes, she also indicated that she doubts my claim that I'm not aware of the source. Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Hopefully a long shower, a grande soy vanilla Americano misto and a long commute will result in some kind of sanity or death to the rumbling in my stomach.

have your conclusions changed as to why you were restless????
Well I still feel anxious - churning stomach and all - craving ice cream, bed and well I guess carbs in general though to be honest food really as a whole isn't appealing either. I know the last time I felt like this - woke up with that feeling - it was after a dream/nightmare about getting married - and since that's not going to happen anytime soon that I am aware of it - it's obviously steming from another issue - one that desires to remain nameless and shan't be blogged about - I had hoped there was another cause so that there would be hope that I won't feel this way for the next two weeks plus a day...
I love finding common interests with friends. Yet another common interest you and I seem to share, "internalize all our worries about the uncertain, the things we cannot do anything about, cerebrally be aware that this kind of reaction is not logical and let it manifests itself physically to the point of feeling exactly the way you describe." Isn't it awesome to have friends who can relate?
