Perfect Example

So it's back to the hunt, and here's a perfect example of the insanity that is the current market - this is the same place/area Steve and I had 5 years ago (time sure flies), we paid $800 a month for a 2 bedroom all utilities included, and now they are charging $1200 without utilities, for the same mice infested, frigid, ultra tiny bathroom, sink that backs up, no laundry or heat (could have just been our landlords), malfunctioning stove etc. http://vancouver.craigslist.org/apa/397173380.html.
